Scope
LHC, a leading provider of free-to-use framework agreements, the project involves developing an Intranet SharePoint site for the UK government. This platform will manage category-wise government policies while ensuring controlled accessibility. Alongside policy management, robust document management features will be integrated. This includes version control, access permissions, and document categorization, ensuring efficient organization and secure access to critical government policies and related documents.
Challenges
- All the policies under different classifications are being managed manually.
- Managing the classification-wise policy documents consume a lot of efforts and time.
- Gathering and updating the latest policy documents from different departments and saving the records is challenging and again, time-consuming.
- Managing access permissions of the employee records is a major concern and hard to manage.
